At the third time of asking, Royal Wootton Bassett Town Under 18s were able to get a result against Kingsdown this season.

Bassett had lost to their near neighbours 1-0 at home in the league and 3-1 away in the league cup, but they finally avoided the defeat in the return league fixture, drawing 2-2.

Bassett led twice through goals from Finlay Skittrall and Beau Hicks only to be pegged back on both occasions, first by Ben Payne and then by Nicholas Wilkes.

While Bassett sit second in the table, they have now played four more games than Bristol Manor Farm and have just four more games left to play of their Wiltshire League Floodlit Division campaign.
